If I make two separate orders before the first one ships, can shipping be combined?

• Of course! We will automatically do this as long as it’s the same name and address and refund the shipping cost difference as soon as we buy the label. 

I am having some issues with plants I didn’t buy from LeafMe (or I did), can you help?

• I am more than happy to help anyone with any plant related issues they are having to the best of my abilities. The easiest way to do this would be to message us on Instagram (@leafmetropicals).

 

I placed an order online and selected local pickup, what’s next?

• You will be contacted by us within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays) and we will arrange a convenient time and place for the both of us.

 

I have some questions about a plant on the website.

• Either message us on Instagram, fill out our contact form, or shoot us an email (kayla@leafmetropicals.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
